Bipartisan Policy Center’s Immigration Task Force.

He is a four-time Mayor of San Antonio, TX,
and has served as the United States Secretary of
Housing and Urban Development, and Deputy
Chair of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas.

Cisneros is the author of 14 books, including
Urban Real Estate Investment: A New Era of Opportunity,
Latinos and the Nation’s Future, and Interwoven Destines,
Cities and the Nation.

He has a PhD in Public Administration from The
George Washington University.
