11 Social Science graduates receive MSU Board of Trustees' Award for academic excellence

Eleven graduating Social Science students have earned a distinction few achieve — a perfect 4.0 GPA. At its Dec. 12 meeting, the MSU Board of Trustees honored these students with the Board of Trustees Award, recognizing their exceptional academic performance. Each was also recognized during the Social Science commencement ceremony on Saturday, December 13th, 2025 and received a special cord as part of their academic regalia.
The College of Social Science students honored for this achievement include:

Lindsay E. Berke, who earned a bachelor’s in human resources and labor relations from the College of Social Science and is from Farmington Hills, Michigan.

Skyler J. Brdar, who earned a bachelor’s in criminal justice from the College of Social Science, is a member of the Honors College from Naperville, Illinois.

Mollie J. Croskey, who earned a bachelor’s in history from the College of Social Science, is a member of the Honors College from Caledonia, Michigan.

Justine N. Dukaj, who earned a bachelor’s in political science-prelaw from the College of Social Science, is a member of the Honors College from Shelby Township, Michigan.

Peter M. Gekas, who earned a bachelor’s in human resources and labor relations from the College of Social Science, is a member of the Honors College from Riverview, Michigan.

Donald E. Henrikson III, who earned a bachelor’s in anthropology from the College of Social Science and is from China, Michigan.

Zana K. McEntire, who earned a bachelor’s in political science-prelaw from the College of Social Science, is a member of the Honors College from Grand Blanc, Michigan.

Caelan O. Pitlanish, who earned a bachelor’s in psychology from the College of Social Science and is from Royal Oak, Michigan.

Victoria R. Scott, who earned a bachelor’s in political science from the College of Social Science, is a member of the Honors College from Chagrin Falls, Ohio.

Connor A. Yee, who earned a bachelor’s in psychology from the College of Social Science, is a member of the Honors College from Winthrop Harbor, Illinois.

Isabelle M. Zablock, who earned a bachelor’s in psychology from the College of Social Science, is a member of the Honors College from Novi, Michigan.
