Angela T. Hall, JD, PhD, is the Faculty Excellence Advocate for the College of Social Science at Michigan State University. Angela also serves as the College of Social Science coordinator for the MSU Certification in College Teaching Program, and she is currently one of the two College of Social Science Graduate Student Mentor Liaisons to the MSU Graduate School. She is also an Associate Editor for the African Journal of Management. She received her JD from Florida State University, College of Law and her PhD from Florida State University, College of Business. Angela has previously been on the faculties of Florida State University and the University of Texas at San Antonio. Her research has appeared in such journals as Journal of Organizational Behavior, Personnel Psychology, and Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes. She has taught a wide variety of courses at the undergraduate, masters, and doctorate levels including business law, organizational behavior, human resources, leadership, and employee training and development. Prior to pursuing an academic career, Angela practiced law full-time. Her research interests include diversity in organizations, workplace accountability, employee reactions to technology, and employee legal claiming.
