Geography, Environment, and Spatial Sciences

The Minor in Physical Environment and Climate provides a foundation to students who are interested in issues related to climate and climate change, including students who wish to prepare themselves for degree programs in communication, data science, environmental geoscience, environmental science, environmental studies, environmental policy, journalism, quantitative risk analytics, sustainability, or related fields. Course offerings include meteorology, climatology, weather analysis and forecasting, climate change, ecology, physical geography, geomorphology, and more.
