Pathways to Excellence is an early support program that recognizes that academic success is a journey. Whether you are adjusting to university expectations, balancing competing responsibilities, or simply looking for additional guidance, this program provides personalized coaching and support to help you achieve your goals.
We believe every student has the capacity to excel when they have access to community, meaningful support, and opportunities to grow. Pathways to Excellence is grounded in the belief that excellence is cultivated through connection, reflection, and purposeful action.

Who can participate?
Academic advisors invite students to participate in Pathways based on their individual needs and goals.
Is there a cost?
No. Participation is free.
Do I have to attend every event?
No. Individualized plans and requirements will be created for each student depending on needs, interests and other criteria.
How long is the commitment?
Participation in Pathways is a one semester commitment, but we encourage students to remain connected to ThriveSpace Academy and its supportive programming for the duration of their time at MSU.
